We like to keep things simple and transparent! That’s why there are no extra hidden fees at checkout.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All items ordered are manufactured within 3 – 12 business days depending on the current volume of orders.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please, also be aware of the holiday season and sales: Black Friday, Christmas may impact delivery time.

The shipping time: ordinarily takes 5-8 days after the dispatch for a package to arrive.

Due to a higher volume of orders than usual (i.e due to Black Friday sales) shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please be mindful of possible additional days for delivery transit.

In case of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We make the purchase as cost effective and convenient as possible for you by providing a flat rate shipping fee – 25€ per item worldwide.

  • Delivery Method

We use only TNT or FedEx couriers to ship in any case and for any value item. Each package also comes with a tracking code. You will receive it in an email promptly after we dispatch the order.

 

Notes:

  • Some of the items may be delayed due to holidays, customs issues, bad weather or other reasons and force-major issues.
  • In some cases, when multiple items are purchased at a single transaction, we save the right to ship the products in one single package or in different dedicated packages.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

COOLERWORX Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is an obligation of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Refund Policy

We provide a guarantee to all products on www.coolerworx.com to be shipped to you within 60 days, otherwise, we provide a full refund.

 

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1. Order has not been delivered due to a customer’s fault
  2. The order did not arrive due to circumstances outside the seller’s control.
  3. Other unforeseen circumstances outside of coolerworx.com control?
